Baked Salmon with Roasted Potato and Salad

Hi everyone. This is my very first recipe post of the day. As what I said in my about me, I will share simple recipes that you especially college kids can make. My first recipe is as shown above in the title "Baked Salmon with Roasted Potato and Salad" this recipe is easy to make. For example, you don't want to go out with your friends on the weekend and you just want to cook at home, grab yourself a pan and try this recipes and enjoy it.
But first before you cook, get up from your bed and go to supermarket to buy the fish. If you have some leftover lean beef or chicken, this recipes is good for you.
The ingredients are simple. All of the seasoning are mostly it is already there in your cabinet. Here are the ingredients:
Salmon
Potatoes
Salad (I used iceberg mix with romaine salad leaves)
Tomato (for garnish)
As for seasoning, you'll only need:
Salt
Pepper
Dried Oregano
Dried Basil
Garlic powder
Olive Oil
KewPie Roasted Sesame salad dressing (ofcourse you can change to your favorite salad dressing or you can me your own)
simple right? Now I will explain the step to make this recipes
Step :
Pre-Heat your oven for 425f or 220c
Prepare your salmon, season it lightly with salt and pepper and a bit of oregano. Drizzle a bit with some olive oil
Chop up your potatoes in to wedges. Season lightly with salt and pepper, oregano, dried basil and garlic powder. Drizzle it with olive oil and mix it properly.
Prepare your pan, but the salmon first followed by the potatoes. Make sure to give some small gap between the potato wedges.
Baked them for 20 minutes
As for salad, chop up the leaves into bites size poor some of the salad dressing then set aside
After it is done baking, arrange it according to your preference then you are done!
so yeah, it's easy and simple right?
Don't get to much thinking, get up from your bed, chair and cook. :)
