Baked Potato Wedges with Cream Mushroom Sauce

Hi everyone! I am back with a new recipe. This recipe is a bit complicated but this Potato Wedges is worth it. You don't need a lot of oil for this potato since we will baked it.
For the sauce, you actually could put whatever you want. Mushroom is a must here. Well not really but for me its a must. You can use ham, bacon, tuna whatever you want :)
here are the ingredients:
Potato
Mushroom
Sausage
Half a cup of Milk (if you want the sauce to be less fat, pick low-fat or non-fat milk)
Corn Starch (to thickened the sauces)
2 cloves of garlic
Seasoning will be :
Paprika powder
Flour (just for coating)
Salt and pepper
Basil leafs
Oregano (dried)
Here are the steps:
Pre-heat the oven for 220degreesC
Cut the potato into wedges
Season lightly the potato with salt and pepper
Mix the flour with paprika powder
Coat the potato with the paprika-flour mix
Put the potato in one pan, drizzle it with olive oil. Bake it for 20 - 25 minutes
Here are steps of how to make the sauce:
Chop up the garlic, mushroom, sausage in small pieces.
Heat a pan with medium heat, drizzle with olive oil
Throw garlic into the pan, cook until its light brown.
Throw in the mushroom and the sausage cook until its done
Pour in half a cup milk into to the pan. Stir it until its boiling
Season in with salt and pepper followed by oregano and basil leafs.
When it boils, as about half tablespoon of corn starch just to thicken up your sauce.
Stir it well until it thickens.
Serves in a small sauce bowl.
There you have it, Baked potatoes with cream mushroom sauce. It is super crispy, super creamy and super yummy!
